Information we collect

• Account information — your name and email address, used to sign you in and connect you to your real-estate transaction.
• Transaction information — details about your home purchase or sale that your agent maintains (property address, status, milestones, documents you upload, and messages you send in the app).
• Device information — a push-notification token (if you enable notifications) and basic technical data needed to operate the app.

How we use your information

• Show you the status of your transaction and related documents and messages.
• Send you updates and notifications about your transaction (if enabled).
• Provide customer support and operate, secure, and improve the Services.

We do not sell your personal information.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you provide your phone number and give consent, the Cyndi Kornegay Team may contact you by phone call and text message (SMS) about real estate — including appointment and showing coordination, replies to your inquiries, market and home-value updates you request, and occasional new-listing notifications.

• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
• Message frequency varies based on your activity and our communications with you.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for help.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Your mobile information is shared only with the service providers that help us deliver these messages, solely to send our communications to you.

Service providers

We share information only with vendors that help us run the Services, under agreements that limit their use of it:

• Clerk — authentication and account management.
• Vercel — application hosting and secure data storage.
• Expo — delivery of push notifications.

Website analytics

Our websites use privacy-focused, aggregate analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics and Vercel Analytics) to understand overall traffic — page views, referrers, and general performance. These tools do not use advertising cookies, do not build visitor profiles, and do not track you across other sites. We see counts, not identities.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. You can delete your account at any time from the app (Profile → Delete account), which removes your sign-in and device token. You may also email us to request deletion of your personal information. Transaction records required for the team’s business and legal recordkeeping may be retained as permitted by law.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.

Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Your choices

You can turn push notifications on or off in the app, update your information, or delete your account. To exercise any privacy right, contact us below.
